Foreverfotos Co— Booking Terms & Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 16th 2025

By booking with Foreverfotos Co (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and understand how your personal information is collected and used.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to secure your date. Full payment is due no later than 48 hours before the event.

​

Cancellation & Rescheduling

All cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability.

Setup & Use

Clients must provide a minimum of 8x8 ft of level space and one standard power outlet. We will arrive approximately 60–90 minutes before the event for setup. Props are for entertainment and must be handled with care. Children under 12 must be supervised. Booth operations may be paused if there is unsafe, damaging, or inappropriate behavior.

Time & Overtime

Standard service time is 2-4 hours. Overtime is available at $125 and must be paid in full prior to the extension.

Liability & Damages

Forever Fotos is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of equipment. Clients will be responsible for any damages to the booth or props caused by guest misconduct.

Photo Usage & Privacy

We may use photos taken at events for marketing purposes (e.g., on social media or our website) unless you notify us in writing prior to the event to opt out.

What We Collect

When you book or visit our website, we may collect your name, email, phone number, event details, IP address, browser information, and page interactions.

How We Use Your Info

Your information is used solely to manage bookings, provide services, and improve your experience with Forever Fotos. We do not share your information without your permission, except with trusted service providers who help operate our business under confidentiality agreements.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
